45rpm Single Sleeve detail changes:
Type 6:
This sleeve was a green and white design, The top half had 'RCA' in orange on a green background on both sides. The bottom half had 'RCA' in green on a white background.
The bottom half of the back promoted other RCA artists and soundtracks.
'Made in England' was printed in green on the bottom foldover.

Type 7:
This sleeve was almost identical to type 6 except 'Nina Simone' was replaced by 'The Sweet' on the back.
