This album, the first of ten releases on the International label in August, was not a re-issue of the 1959 U.K. original. It was in fact, a copy of the U.S. original LP.

NOTE: First issues came with a £2.99 budget sticker applied to the front. First pressings came with "Manufactured and distributed by RCA Limited". Repressings used "MARKETED BY RCA LIMITED".

RCA used this opportunity to get rid of some surplus stock of the 1983 German re-pressings of "A Date With Elvis" (NL 89097).
Copies of the original 'NL' sleeve, containing the German Black label album, had a sticker applied to the rear of the sleeve changing it to the 'INTS' catalogue. The LP's were unaltered.​
