​​RCA used this opportunity to get rid of some surplus stock of the 'New Black Label' re-pressings of 'Welcome To My World' (PL 12274). Copies of the original 'PL' sleeve, containing the 1980's 'new black' album, had a sticker applied to the rear of the cover changing it to the 'RCALP' catalogue.
​
RCA also released a proper 'RCALP' sleeve and album.
