The original 1958 album was deleted by RCA in September 1970 and was now re-issued with a new catalogue number. The mono format was now replaced with "electronic stereo".
​
This was the soundtrack album to Elvis' fourth movie which was based in New Orleans.

NOTE: This LP was issued using the matrix number J2PP. (J2 = 1958 PP = Mono LP)

This album was kept in stock by issuing re-pressings with the same catalogue number until it was deleted by RCA in September 1970.
